Somehow us Humans mark life by events and timelines...Fall, Winter, Spring...We say we're going to accomplish things, make promises, commitments to achievements. And Spring is a great time of year to feel hopeful about fulfilling those promises because everything is so new. So full of LIFE!
It's a stark comparison to the New Year's Resolution...You have hope for changing the old habits of the past year...but Winter is cold and dark....yes we tend to hibernate...and our resolutions fall by the wayside. And then...we start to get lazy.
So, it's the first day of Spring, we gather up the lingering hope of what we'd resolved to do...it's only March after-all, plenty of time left in the year to focus and accomplish our goals!
Have you defined your goals?
Start with knowing your principles...your core values. Knowing who you are will help you not just keep resolutions, but maintain a lifestyle. Clarifying and defining your core values is big...You must ask yourself questions...What are your ideas, goals, dreams...Do you see your worth , your value...How do you approach life to get what you want...
The questions seem easy...till you have to answer them! Give it a try... Bring new life to those New Years Resolutions...and remember, each day we can choose to have or be or do anything!
